Between May and June, the Two Way Conference took place at the Escola Internacional de Alphaville, an important moment of dialogue and exchange between parents, teachers, and the KIDS segment coordination.The main objective of this event is to share with families the development of children throughout the first semester, creating a space for active listening, joint reflection, and strengthening the partnership between family and school, which are fundamental elements for a meaningful and integrated education.It is a space to talk about each student's individuality, their academic and social progress, and the daily discoveries that are part of this very special phase. More than just feedback, the Two Way Conference is a two-way street, where the family's close observation is combined with the school's pedagogical experience, forming a bond that values each step in the learning process.In addition, the moment is an opportunity to align strategies, clarify doubts, and think about personalized ways to support each child at their own pace and according to their needs.With listening, empathy, and pedagogical intention, we continue to cultivate solid bonds and build together the foundations for the full development of our students, because learning is a journey that is strengthened through partnership.
