Sports training strengthens bones, muscles and joints, helping to prevent injuries and improve posture.At Escola Internacional de Alphaville, our Teens and High School students take part in intensive basketball, soccer and volleyball training. The sessions focus on technical and tactical development, as well as reinforcing team spirit.
