- Previous School Report cards- School File of Elementary School - original (within 30 days);
- Declaration of Full payment at previous school;
- Medical Certificate for classes in swimming.
HIGH-SCHOOL
- Birth certificate and ID (RG) – simple copy;
- 3 recent photos 3cmx4cm;
- Previous School Report cards - School History (Histórico Escolar) of Elementary/Secondary School - original (within 30 days);
- Certificate of Conclusion of Elementary School (Ensino Fundamental) – original;
- Declaration of Full payment at previous school;
- Medical Certificate for classes in swimming.
STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD
- Identification Document (National Registration of Foreigners – RNE);
- School records from the country of origin, signed by the school authority and authentic acted by the Brazilian local authority, or, if not possible, by a Consulate representative in Brazil of a foreign country or yet a representative of the Red Cross;
- Original transcripts of documents (official language of country that issued the document).
ENROLLMENT WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE WHEN ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED.
